Infrastructure Requirements for Feryal Aqua Treadmills

Feryal Aqua Treadmills consist of several main components, each of which requires specific space and infrastructure. The installation requirements for each component are described below.

Aqua Treadmill Enclosure

Feryal human Aqua Treadmill enclosures are currently manufactured in two models:

• X2000: 85 cm wide × 170 cm long × 170 cm high
• SX2000: 95 cm wide × 210 cm long × 200 cm high

The SX2000 is designed as a multi-section unit to make transportation and installation easier. When transporting the disassembled unit, a passage width of less than 85 cm and a length of approximately 170 cm is sufficient.

For both models, a minimum clearance of 50 cm around the Aqua Treadmill is recommended to provide adequate access for operation, maintenance, and servicing.

A floor drain near the installation area is also recommended. However, a floor drain is not mandatory for installation.

Water Storage Tank

Water storage tanks are available in different shapes and dimensions, allowing the appropriate option to be selected according to the available installation space.

However, access to a cold-water supply line is essential for filling the storage tank.

A floor drain or wastewater outlet is also required for situations in which the tank needs to be emptied or the water needs to be replaced.

Aqua Treadmill Technical Equipment

Each Feryal Aqua Treadmill is equipped with four pumps used for water filling and drainage, heating, and water filtration.

These components can be installed in different locations depending on the available space and the specific layout of the facility. The equipment can therefore be positioned to suit the installation environment.

Ozone Generator

An ozone generator is used for the chemical treatment and disinfection of the water.

The ozone generator should be installed at the highest suitable point of the system. Adequate ventilation is also recommended in the installation area.

Heating System

Feryal Aqua Treadmills can be equipped with three different water-heating options:

1. Gas Water Heater

A gas water heater can be used to heat the Aqua Treadmill water. This option requires access to a natural gas supply and an appropriate exhaust flue.

2. Heat Exchanger Connected to a Boiler or Central Heating System

For facilities that already use a central heating system or boiler, a dedicated heat exchanger can be installed to transfer heat to the Aqua Treadmill water.

3. Electric Water Heater

An electric water heater can also be used, particularly in locations where natural gas is not available.

However, because electricity can be more expensive than natural gas for this application, this option may be less economical depending on local energy costs.

Electrical Control Panel

The required electrical control panel is supplied by Feryal with the Aqua Treadmill.

The installation site only needs to provide a single-phase 25-amp electrical connection for the equipment.
